When traveling to Egypt in 2026: Official e-Visa ($25) or visa-on-arrival at major international airports. Passport valid 6 months. Always ensure your passport is in good physical condition with at least two blank visa pages for entry and exit stamps.
Upon arrival, customs officers enforce currency declaration rules (Mandatory declaration for foreign currency exceeding 10,000 USD (or equivalent).
